Return & Refund Policy

At The Zepherous Collection, each item is custom printed just for you. Because of this, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, or accidental orders.

However, we will absolutely make it right if your order arrives:

  • With printing errors

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Or significantly defective in quality

🛠️ To request a replacement or refund for these issues:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll work with our production partner to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-refundable situations include:

  • Incorrect size or color selected during checkout

  • Minor variations in print placement or color (due to the handmade nature)

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
